Éigse 2023 will run from 6pm on Friday 11th August to 2.30pm on Sunday 13th August.

 FRIDAY 12th August

  • 5pm – Gates open to the public, meet and greet
  • 6pm – Official START
  • 6.30 – 8.00 DINNER and settling in
  • 8.00 – 9.00 Local Tree Walk with Eimear
  • 9.00 – 12.00 FREE TIME AND SOCIALISING

SATURDAY 10th AUGUST

  • 8.30 – 9.30 BREAKFAST
  • 9.30 – 10.00 Opening Ritual - Anna, Eimear and Paul
  • 10.00 – 11.00 Welcome and Ice-breaker - Anna and Paul
  • 11.00 - 12.00  Deirdre Wadding - Tar anseo chugam / C'mere to me In this  interactive workshop we will look at the importance of using our native language when engaged in Irish Pagan practice. We will learn how to open a sacred circle in basic Irish, call on Deity, create a simple prayer, offer gratitude, and blessings.
  • 12.30 – 2.00 LUNCH BREAK
  • 2.00 – 4.00 Oein DeBhairduin - 'Lašūl a labērt' - the flowers of exchange An exploration of the Irish indigenous nomadic Mincéirí people's tradition of making charms that captivates, creates and cultivates.
  • 4.30- 5.00 COFFEE BREAK
  • 5.00 - 6.00 Jack Robers - The Divine Image of the Gaels
  • 6.30 – 8.00 DINNER BREAK
  • 8.30 – 10.00 Night Court- everyone is invited to share a song, story, poem, dance or creative inspiration around the fire-side. Éimear will be taking names of all who wish to share a creative offering in advance.
  • 10.00 – 12.00 FREE TIME AND SOCIALISING
SUNDAY 11th AUGUST
  • 9.00 – 10.00 BREAKFAST
  • 10.00 – 11.00 Fiona McDonagh - Sound Bath Meditation Please bring what you need to be comfortable lying down, such as a blanket or yoga mat.
  • 11.00 – 12.00 Clean up and tidy up for all!
  • 12.00 – 1.00 Talking Circle- all are invited to join
  • 1.00 – 1.30 Closing ceremony - Anna, Eimear and Paul
  • 1.30 – 2.30 LUNCH, RAFFLE PRIZES, AND FAREWELLS
